Working within a tight timeline driven by the client’s internal deadline, we worked with existing branding to build a site that eliminated all errors and issues, accommodated all variants/options, and was built for SEO.
After gaining a thorough understanding of user needs, the RivalMind team also modified the design of the main navigation to improve organization and the overall ease of shopping.
Most significantly, Duda’s capabilities (in the hands of our experts!) led to overcoming the client’s greatest challenge: the number of combinations of variants needed in their shopping experience. Where Shopify only allowed for 100 combinations of variants and wouldn’t support the need for more, we found a winning solution in Duda.
Limitations in the ordering process were also accommodated for. For example, where certain options were only available for purchase in bundles vs. one piece, RivalMind created a programmed limit that notified the user of the required amount that must be ordered to purchase.
The Results
North Castle Hardwoods now has a skillfully crafted website that caters to an audience interested in customized shopping for high quality products. The larger menu, additional images, and increased organization and functionality all lead to informed, intelligent, frustration-free shopping, all aimed at producing repeat visits and business growth.

Our team utilized the Poppins font for its minimalist style, creating a streamlined look. It exudes a sense of simplicity and elegance. With this typeface, the website is approachable and easy to navigate.
Cool, natural pine green with simple shades.
The pine green color reflects the natural sources that North Castle Hardwoods gathers their materials from. The deep, rich, and subtle colors create a strong contrast, emphasizing the client's natural and quality products.
