When Horizon Realty came to RivalMind, they knew it was time for a change. Their old website was like a relic from a past era—dated, dysfunctional, and definitely not doing their business any favors. As a commercial real estate management firm, Horizon Realty needed a site that matched their modern expertise and helped convert curious visitors into serious clients. Enter RivalMind, ready to shake things up and give their digital presence the glow-up it desperately needed.
Website Design / Social Media
We knew from the start that this project called for more than a paint job—it needed a strategic overhaul. First things first, we dug into Horizon Realty’s brand. They loved their signature green (and so did we!), so we kept it but gave everything else a major facelift. Our mission? To make the site professional yet welcoming, clear yet captivating. And with only a few pages to work with, we had to make every pixel and every word count.
One of our biggest hurdles with this project was tackling the content. The previous site was sparse, making it hard for visitors to grasp Horizon Realty’s offerings or feel engaged. Our content team set out to change that, creating copy that was informative yet approachable, professional but never boring. We aimed to clearly capture Horizon Realty’s services while making sure visitors felt comfortable and well-informed. Meanwhile, our design team got to work, reimagining the layout to create a seamless and intuitive user experience—one that encouraged visitors to keep exploring and, most importantly, reach out.
The result was a sleek, contemporary website that Horizon Realty could proudly stand behind. But it wasn’t just about aesthetics. The new site offered faster load times, easily readable content, and a straightforward design that made a big impact on user engagement. Navigation became a breeze, and visitors found the information they needed without frustration. The SEO-friendly structure also laid the groundwork for better visibility in search engines, positioning Horizon Realty for greater online success.
Selecting the right fonts was crucial to the brand’s image. We chose Poppins for its clean and modern appeal, making headings crisp and inviting. Oswald added boldness where needed, giving emphasis to important details, while Be Vietnam ensured smooth readability, making it effortless for visitors to consume the content. Together, these fonts reflected Horizon Realty’s balance of sophistication and accessibility.
The color scheme was intentionally simple yet impactful, with green, grey, white, and black working harmoniously. We kept the familiar green as a nod to Horizon Realty’s brand heritage, evoking trust and dependability. The addition of grey, white, and black provided a minimalist, polished backdrop, allowing key content and imagery to shine. The overall effect was clean, professional, and easy on the eyes.
